I came into business training and development in 2003. That time I was only making business trainings for line employees. Later I began to conduct trainings on people management for middle management. In 2008, I held my first coaching sessions with leaders, and also began to facilitate teamwork, and combine the profession of a business trainer and coach. Gradually, from trainings, I more and more moved on to conducting facilitation sessions for teams of various sizes and composition, and conducting individual development / training and coaching. The most IMPORTANT for me in my work
so that the client gets the result and achieves the goal for which he came to me.
At the same time, it is important for me to see that the changes, that are happening to the client, are stable and the client achieves the result through then.
For me, coaching is a process that improves the quality / efficiency of a person's or a team's work performance. The main result is to help the person become the best version of him-/herself.
Any top manager has very challenging tasks, high responsibility and short notice. And from time to time he/she has tasks that he cannot cope with on his own. It’s like hitting a glass ceiling. These are the situation I’m dealing with.
Coaching is limited process. It can be only one or two sessions, but no more than five. During this time, the client and I need to find the strategy which helps him/her to achieve the goals.

Within coaching process, we expand the client's awareness regarding those of his internal aspects that are not clear to him and not realized by him now. What features, dynamics, patterns are holding him back now, and which of them are working for success.
When a person is well aware of these internals of himself, he/she can interlink them and understand how to find the best strategy for achieving, while maintaining his integrity.
BUT, if a person does not have an inner need to act, this is not my client.

I always focus on the fundamental dynamic of perfection: the ability of a person to create something superior from what he/she has, no matter how simple or complex it may be.
My passion is to discover, define and improve excellence by embracing the true characteristics of people and systems.

Who I work with and who I don't work with.

As I see, there are two types of clients in coaching. Those who turned to a coach to spend money on themselves and those who invest in themselves.

The first ones come to the coach, maybe even not for the first time, so they can develop goals and plans for themselves, that they can be inspired by and…. And rather small steps afterwards. As a rule, all the energy is enough only to dream, start moving a little towards the realization of what was planned and, after a while, go to the coach again looking for goals that will truly inspire.

The latter do not spend money, but invest it. Into yourself. And they expect a real return on investment. I work with just such kind of people.
In order for investments to begin to return, you need to act. And they do.
They receive returns on investments, often even greater than originally planned.
